As part of our continued commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, we’ve made the decision to discontinue all references to “baby” use across our product offerings. While MoCRA does not regulate baby products separately, there is growing industry sensitivity around products marketed for infants. To avoid misinterpretation and ensure alignment with evolving expectations, we will no longer support the use of our products for infant-specific claims. Gentle formulations previously known as part of our “baby” line will still be available—just renamed for general use across all ages. If you plan to market products for babies, we recommend reviewing your safety documentation, GMP adherence, and consulting with a regulatory expert to ensure full MoCRA compliance. We're here to support your documentation needs every step of the way.
What’s Happening: We are adapting to the changing times by renaming several items in our catalog. This will help us remain relevant in the cosmetics industry and stay on top of trends and regulations.
Don’t worry—our most gentle of formulas, which you’ve known as our Baby Line, aren’t going away. They’re still available, but now labeled for all ages instead of just infants.
Why: The new MoCRA law lacks specific regulations for baby products, but the industry is becoming more careful with its labeling and marketing. To avoid confusion and comply with changing standards, we are updating some of our product names and labels.
What You Can Do: When marketing products for babies, ensure you have strong safety documentation, adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP), and consult a regulatory expert to comply with MoCRA rules. We’re here to assist with your documentation needs.
