Vegetable Glycerin (Responsibly Grown)

This Responsibly Grown Vegetable Glycerin is a soothing and moisturizing humectant. It is a vegetable-based viscous liquid that is commonly found in our favorite lotions, creams, and toners. Ideal for soothing skin--even oily skin and mature skin will appreciate its moisturizing properties. Add to the water phase of formulas.

Glycerin has a number of valuable applications throughout cosmetics and beyond, including replacing alcohol in some cosmetic infusions. Although it can be used as a preservative at 50% or higher, it makes any product very sticky.
