Order Fulfilment Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Holiday Schedule Closing will be fulfilled the following business day.
If you are in a hurry for an order, be sure to order early before you run out of stock. Our normal lead time for shipping orders is 1-2 business days for in stock orders, depending on order volume. Depending on out of stock items, your order may take longer.
For items in Bulk Sizes of Drum/Tote Orders can take 20 to 30 business days to ship and are made per order.
Will Call / Customer Pick Up
Unfortunately, we are not a storefront and our facilities are not open to the public due to regulatory and confidentiality requirements.
Holiday Schedule Closings
Our office observes the following US Holiday schedule and will be closed on*:
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
4th of July (July 4th)
Labor Day (1st Monday in Sept.)
Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in Nov.)
Christmas Day (Dec. 25th)
New Year’s Day (Jan. 1st)
We will be closed on the 1st of January but open as usual starting on the 2nd.
* Holidays that land on a business day will delay shipments by 1-2 business days
Our inventory levels and lead times vary, so be sure to place your orders in advance of running out of product
Our normal lead time for shipping orders is 1-2 business days for in stock orders, depending on order volume. Regarding out of stock items, your order may take longer. For items in Bulk Sizes (Drum/Tote), orders can take 8-12 weeks to ship, are made per order, and are non-refundable.
