Beet Juice Powder

Our supplier sources non-GMO beets grown and processed in the USA. The Beet Juice Powder is aqueous extracted and spray dried onto non-GMO maltodextrin, then standardized for consistent color. This product meets vegan requirements and because of the extraction method, no residual solvents are present in the final product.
Appearance: A purplish-red powder
Color strength: .45%-.59% betain content
Application: Products in the 4.0 - 9.0 pH range.
Note: All Vitamin C oxidizes. We suggest opaque packaging and storing in a cool, dark environment.
