Rosemary CO₂ Extract is a concentrated oil-soluble botanical extract obtained through supercritical carbon dioxide (CO₂) extraction from Rosmarinus officinalis leaves. This process preserves a broad spectrum of naturally occurring components, including diterpenes and antioxidants. Commonly used in cosmetic formulations as an antioxidant booster, it helps support product stability in oil-based systems.

This extract is often incorporated into facial oils, emulsions, butters, balms, and hair oils to enhance ingredient integrity and align with botanical-forward product positioning. A small amount can go a long way due to its concentrated nature and distinct herbal aroma. May impact fragrance profile at higher use levels

Suggested Usage Rate: 0.05% – 0.5% (depending on application and concentration)
